They do what they are supposed to do with no hassle. They've gotten me through 2 healthy pregnancies, 2 healthy kids, annual exams.
I wanted a script so that I could get lab work done. I never got that script and when I called to inquire, I was placed on perpetual hold.
There could be additional measures to protect patients from COVID-19. For instance, patients could go straight to an exam room instead of sitting in the waiting room. There could be pre-printed labels for the urine collection cups instead of having to use a shared pen in the bathroom. Also, all patients should need to wear masks. There was one patient who did not have one.
