Friendly salespeople, but was miss lead with the quality of their product! I purchased an $8000 Sogno Dream Wave leather massage chair, (supposedly one of the best on the market at the time), only to find out that it was made of BONDED LEATHER. Needless to say, the leather chair started to peal shortly after the warranty expired, and neither the company or Relax the Back would make any concessions. I had a marvelous experience with Relax the Back in Boca Raton with Adriana. I am a professor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and have suffered from a bad back for years. It had gotten worse since Covid because my job always required long hours of sitting but since Covid and now because of my health I have been sitting even more hours teaching on Zoom. The body pillow I bought for my wife I’d awful. I doesn’t keep its shape and was the largest waste of money I can think of
