Jeff reserved my item over the phone, and even called back to let me know what time the store closed. He was really friendly and helpful.

Could not get part to repair the remote controller

I can tell you Relax The Back had nothing to do with this, and I hope you tried Ebay for the AG 7100-R remote for the Hale. You might get lucky and find one. If we get any news on ALL the emails I have sent to them on this issue, Jeff or I will get back with you. Very sorry we couldn't fulfill your request. That's almost a first. No creepiness! I stopped in to RTB San Antonio today with two specific Zero Gravity recliners in mind, but after a very comfortable and helpful hour or so chatting and testing chairs with with Brian, I ordered a chair I wouldn't have previously considered. A ZG recliner has been a godsend for my back problems for the past 8 years or so and I am looking forward to more comfort and better features going forward. The best, most relaxed retail experience I've had in decades.
