This chair has saved me from having disc fusion (L4 to L5). I have slept in this chair since 2015 and the pain I was experiencing has gone away. Steve is the best at proving great customer service. I highly recommend you ask for him by name at this store. Just bought my second chair, since the last one was purchased in 1994. This chair has brought me a lot of joy and pain-relief.

Steve, was really great. He took a lot of time to explain the various nuances of the different chairs. He is by far, one of the most customer-service friendly retail staff in all Austin. I cannot wait until my new zero gravity chair arrive. I have slept in this chair every night since 2015 and it has saved me from having a disc fusion between L4 & L5. This chair has been great for me. Furthermore, it is durable and well-built. I purchased my current chair in 1992 and it still works.
