Steve appears to have excellent knowledge of each product in store, more importantly he quickly understood my explanations of my physical concerns. No high pressure, at no time did Ieven suspect he was doing anything other than connecting me with the product most likely to meet the need I described. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable however, communications after the order was placed weren't always good. The chair hasn't been received yet and the lead time is longer than expected.
