This was a positive experience from beginning to end. My salesperson, Daniel, was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, even on a very busy day in the store (Memorial Day Sale). I purchased the firm mattress and after a full 30 days realized that it was simply too firm for me. I called the store and the manager, Steve, invited me to come back in and try out other mattresses. My experience with Relax the Back was amazing! Following surgical stabilization of two fractured disks in my back due to underlying cancer, my office chair was contributing to my pain. Steve explained all the options to me and I purchased an office chair and foot rest. When the chair was ready, he delivered and customized the settings for me.
