Nathan was very patient with us, so very happy with the customer service. That said, I’m deflated a bit in that we spent over $11000 for a massage chair and two zero gravity recliners, I have a new neck pain that I believe is due to the way the recliner seems to position my head forward. I’m still working thru it to find the right mix. Otherwise we’re happy with our purchase.

I am a big fan of your producers However lately I have been very disappointed With the back inflatable cushions I have been buying I literally bought five and I experienced a failure in four. All five had a small tear in the stitching, almost at a common place. I will be back in Austin on September 6 th and will pass by to check this matter with you
