Worked with Steve Seitz who was very informative. And flexible, even changing our order when, after we got home, my wife changed her mind on the color of the chair. When the chair arrived at the warehouse on a Friday, the delivery manager left me a phone mail to call him after business hours to confirm delivery on Monday. And the delivery guys were very nice and efficient. It is an expensive (for me) chair, but Relax The Back provided first class customer service to go with it.
