Sean was a wonderful salesman; very knowledgeable and patient. The delivery guys were fast and careful, and answered any questions that I had. I recommend Southlake Relax The Back store for highly personal service at the same prices you would pay at a bigger, less interested shop.

The massage chairs are very well made, very good quality. Excellent service and Seth is very knowledgeable about all the massage chairs and their various functions. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Sean Ryan at the South Lake TX store could not have done a better job of presenting features and benefits between the various models and warrenty. The delivery was excellent also. Sean called us up and suggested a two hour window the next day..the chair was delivered and set up the delivery include an excellent review of the chairs features. I would reccomend Relax the Back to everyone.
