Sean was very knowledgeable in explaining the different attributes of pillows for my neck. He allowed me to take home a store pillow and try for several days to determine how my neck responded to it. Very nice store and was easy to find.

Sean was very helpful and informative about all the recliners. He was also very patient as it took me forever to decide. My only complaint/concern now is how long it is supposed to be before it will be delivered! Sean indicated it might be up to 8 weeks! And, I was told the chair would be delivered to me. After reviewing the sales receipt I see this comment: “Customer to collect from Irving Warehouse”. This was never mentioned. I understood it would be delivered to me in Granbury!
