Great experience. Sean Ryan at the South Lake TX store could not have done a better job of presenting features and benefits between the various models and warrenty. The delivery was excellent also. Sean called us up and suggested a two hour window the next day..the chair was delivered and set up the delivery include an excellent review of the chairs features. I would reccomend Relax the Back to everyone.
