Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable about the massage chairs. We purchased a whole body Rove by human touch and absolutely love it. Thomas told us it would be 10 to 15 business days before it came in and it was 14 days. Robert and Corey delivered our chair and both were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. I was having problems with the chair I purchased because the manufacturer did not connect the wire sleeve to the remote in a way that didn't expose the wires. So it kept going out. They swapped chairs with me with no extra charge, even though the new one was more expensive. The two deliverymen, Robert and Avery, were fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind and very helpful.

I have had back issues for years. I have been through spinal infections, blocks, pain management, trigger release, steroid injections, chiropractic etc., all with no relief.
