Even though we ended up not purchasing our chairs here due to their size in our room, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We loved the comfort of the chairs and appreciated the time Thomas took to explain the features. When we decided they would not work for our space, Thomas was just as professional in handling the return. I would not hesitate to recommend the store and we'll be going back...if and when our 19 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress purchased at the same store ever wears out!

My only disappointment was that I ordered and paid for the burgundy leather...no one said (until much later) that the company didn’t have burgundy so then I had to make another selection...no attempt to see if the burgundy one could be shipped to Tulsa from another location. I love the chair...just not having my preference in color.

We went to the store twice in one day, but wasn’t sold on any chairs the first visit. I didn’t catch the guy’s name the first time we went, but he was nice. I noticed he kept asking Thomas questions about the chair. After shopping around, we went back. This time Thomas was alone. I loved the fact that he actually took his time to demonstrate all the features of the Jin chair, he was very informative, has a sense of humor which is important to us, and he is the reason we bought the chair. My salesman very knowledgeable. He had no problem laying on the mattresses showing ease of movement for my 91 year old father. Picked the extra long bed for my 6ft 1inch father. The bed raises at the head and or feet. My dad is able to work the controls. Dad loves bed and how comfortable it is. He also loves the pillow my salesman suggested. Thank you Thomas! My dad's remaining days will be in comfort.
