The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and not only explained the chair's features but the benefit of each of those features. There was no high pressure sales. He asked and listened to what we wanted and our physical concerns and suggested the chair that best fit our needs. There is a recliner there and I see 2 of them in our future. We will be back!

Relax The Back has excellent products and customer service. As a physical therapist I recommended them for 15+ years. As a customer I purchased a zero gravity recliner and positive posture recliner and both have been wonderful.
