I had great customer experience at Relax the Back in my search for new pillow to help with chronic neck pain. They have wonderful selection but even more I was so appreciative of Joel’s product knowledge and assistance. With Joel’s help, I was able to quickly identify, purchase the pillow to address my needs. Not only is Joel knowledgeable about all Relax the Back products but also a very professional, courteous sales associate.
