I recently bought an ergonomic office chair from here. Kay was extremely helpful and informative, showing all the different options & inventory. I was able to place my order on Friday and got the chair delivered on Monday. The chair was delivered fully assembled and the delivery person was gave a rundown of the chair and it’s settings. The seat cushion and lower back support are amazing. The head rest is an additional charge, but totally worth it. The chair is very comfortable and is a great value for its price.

I want to give a very strong recommendation for the staff here because they are top notch. They are knowledgeable and on the ball! They worked with me for a trial, communicated my order and delivery timelines and checked in (it was back ordered) and even helped pick out a footrest. I sit at my desk 12-16 hours a day for work and this new chair has been a back saver worth every penny. If you’re investing in your ergonomics this is the place to go

In November, I went to Relax the Back in search of a comfortable reclining chair for my wife. She was due to have brain surgery the following week. Kay spent a great deal of time introducing me to the different models. When it came time to make a decision, I connected my wife through face time. The service is amazing. I purchased a chair in March 2020 during the beginning of the Pandemic quarantine because I would be working from home and sitting most of the day. Joel is very knowledgeable professional and very accommodating. Joel delivered two chairs to my house for me to determine over a couple of days which chair would be best for my needs.
