Fantastic customer service and superb products. My wife and I bought office chairs several years ago. We both noticed our lifting mechanisms were failing so we reached out to Andre, who sold us the chairs, delivered them, and set them up for us. He ordered the parts needed and set an appointment to come to our home to effect repair. It was all done reasonably and we greatly appreciate him and our incredibly comfortable and sturdy chairs.
