My first time in the store and just an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable, helpful and personable, Andre made it very easy for me/us. I did get to try out products in the store in hygienic fashion, and was invited to take home a trial pillow they keep in stock to make sure I like it. No pressure, which I also like. And of course, great products. When I take this trial one back to get my own pillow I will be buying an additional pillow for between my knees, I trust his guidance on making the best choice.

I went into Relax The Back after a car wreck that left my car totaled, and my back in shambles. All I needed/wanted was relief. Thank God for Relax The Back. I was introduced to 3 of the best pillows that I will own the rest of my life. The team is very Friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter even enjoyed. Most of all they are affordable! Definitely recommend.

Would have been 5 stars except delivery took 2+ weeks. Andre pushed hard to get our two beds delivered. Both beds were ultimately delivered by 2 very professional delivery/set-up gentleman. Please pass on my comments ref. delivery fellow to trucking company.

As previous owners of a Tempurpedic bed, we felt it was time to learn about current technology & buy a new setup. Andre did a fantastic job of educating us about the current options of mattresses & bases. And not surprisingly, we ended up purchasing both from Andre.
