We bought 2 chairs within a short period of time. Each purchase was facilitated by Nancy who did an outstanding job getting the items ordered and timely delivered She followed up after to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Absolutely amazing customer service, with perfect assistance at choosing the best chair for my mum's needs (she's 94!) and delivery navigating the corona issues and shipment from Canada....plus we had assistance at our home to assemble!
