Bought an X 2 chair, and it broke within a couple of weeks. They went above and beyond; bringing me a loaner chair, and delivering the repaired chair to my home. With a smile. I was upset that the chair broke, but their service mad up for it. Brian and the district manager both terrific.

My experience with Relax the Back was exceptional. I was facing surgery and needed a chair which would ease my recovery. The store manager, Nancy, matched my needs to the perfect chair. The problem was that the chair usually had a month long wait til delivery. Plus it was Christmas week and my surgery was scheduled for December 30.
