Nancy Hendrickson was great..She knew her inventory and answered all the questions about the chairs. With her help we picked the perfect chair for my Husband and I. We felt no pressure to purchase. We were very comfortable with her. I can't recommend Nancy more highly. She followed up with a few calls to make sure all was well and to make sure we knew that she will be there if anything is needed in the future..

Have shopped here twice in the past two months. Store was recommended by my therapist. Purchased a cushion for my car and a backwedge as I have back and leg issues. Then today I purchased another seat cushion, a pillow that is mite resistant and cool to the touch, a self inflatable back cushion for travel, and a foot stool to be used while sitting. The staff at this particular store is superb!!! I brought a chair in for repair that was purchased a few years ago at a different franchisee's store and Nancy accepted the repair no questions asked. She and Shelly and Brian could not be more helpful. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the Lifeform chair products and my experience with each of them was excellent.
