I visited the Burlington store last Friday, 4 weeks into a lower back pain saga. Shelley was fantastic at setting me up with equipment to rest my back comfortably and read, a LaFuma chair and wedge system. She also coached me on the best way to sit while on a train or driving. She provided theory and not only technique. She spent 1:45 minutes with me and it is the single most positive intervention that I've had since my back pain started in mid January. I purchased an Inada DreamWave chair. I use it every day and love it! The store manager Nancy was very helpful and after my chair was delivered followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the chair and, also, the delivery and set-up process. I The technicians/delivery men who did the set up made sure that the chair was placed just as I wanted it and went thru a series of diagnostic tests to ensure that everything was functioning correctly. I'm very happy and highly recommend this store .

I felt I was talking to a family member and not a sales associate. The gentleman that helped me gave me all the options of all the chairs I was considering purchasing and never did I feel pressured to buy. The recliner I did purchase is absolutely fantastic. My back pain I always felt is gone and I am very happy with not just the recliner but the entire process right down to the delivery of the chair to my home. Excellent choice if you want and expect only the best!
