Initially, I went in and met with Brian who was quite helpful. I have significant significant back/neck issues with great difficulty sleeping, holding myself up, etc. I recently also had a major neck fusion surgery so I was desperate to find some relief. I was not rushed, Brian allowed me to try different bed wedges, etc. While I purchased a few different items, unfortunately none helped much.
