I bought my recliners at your store many years ago and just bought 2 sets of cords recently. But when I wanted the small protector slides your saleswoman was not helpful. So I called Gethsemane garden center and they ordered them with a very helpful Attitude.

i would like to receive a receipt for the bed i purchased and copy of warranty for entire purchase i.e. bed and electrical parts. none was ever given and I'm having trouble with the bed and no response from store. i was told the store would help me and then find its been sold.

Frustrating...the wheels that I purchased for my office chair DONT ROLL as expected. Resulting in “marks” all over the hardwood floor....any assistance ?

Decent customer service, particularly from Robin. Horrific experience in actually getting the chair as it was " lost" for over a week so a substitute was loaned eventually. Got help also from Ayesha on pricing but overall, not a great experience.

In store experience was fine -- good service since there were 4 employees and one customer (me) in the store when I was there. I have not got 6 (!) emails in the past few days thanking me for my purchase and asking me to provide feedback. I decided to comply. Very annoying.
