Delivered the wrong height base. Told me so before delivery but promised delivery of correct one quickly. It’s been weeks and I still have not received the correct base.

At first, I really didn’t like the pillow at all, but now I really like it and can’t see myself using any other pillow.

I can’t recommend store anymore. FIVE stars to Dave, owner;!was like a friend, spend time w/you make sure get right product. We are from OH. I ordered product based on size his wife told me I wore. It was too small. When back intown, went 2store, SHE would NOT exchange for proper size, so I paid for wrong size - her fault- plus $20 shipping. Really upset me that $38 more impt to his wife than a regular customer.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Relax the Back. The owner Dave is great. I will not shop there because of his wife's non-professional behavior. We are semi-regular out of town customers. I tried on a "back brace" to hold shoulders back. The piece cost $38. His wife measured me, told me I wore a size small. When we were in another state I called to order one (size small), plus I had to pay an extra $20 for shipping. Fine, about $60.00. When I got it, It was too small and I couldn't wear. Both the products i ordered took significantly longer to arrive than what I was told. I also found a comparable product to the sit-stand desk I purchased for 1400 for 400, with more customization options, and which arrived within 4 days (rather than the four weeks I experienced). I have appreciated the in-store advice I have received, but at least some of the products appear dramatically overpriced and slow to arrive..
