They have problem support products they sell never return calls. Memory Foam is questionable. Hope I never need service!

Good on sale of chair, but waited a long time for a replacement back to a chair delivered damaged. Came last week & it was the wrong size. Workman didn’t realize it until he had taken apart original chair, then had to put it back together. Very frustrating!!!!

The people were very nice but the value is not there. You are WAY over priced and it is very unlikely I would ever recommend your company to anyone who is not very wealthy. After only 1 month of light usage the device stopped working!!!!!!!!

I felt the salesman was very pushy and intense,attempting to convince me to buy a wide range of items when I only wanted to look at the wedge pillows. He told me my new mattress was wrong for me, even though he had never heard of the brand,and then he tried to convince me to buy one of yours. He insulted the neurologist who referred me to this store by discounting her suggestion of a pillow by saying "Doctors don't know anything about pillows". Very disappointed with the Technogel travel pillow. I have 3 of the regular size pillows and they are wonderful. The travel size pillow has indentations in the gel component that can be felt against your head - very uncomfortable and not of the same quality as the full size version.

For me, paying $2800 for a piece of furniture was a big deal. I do not appreciate any business passing their challenges with their suppliers or delivery company or their being "busy" to me. And no delivery on a Saturday? Nonsence, if my credit card is expected to work on a Saturday, I expect Relax The Back to work on a Saturday - their delivery company too.
