Great store! Wonderful recliner selection! Jason was terrific when he delivered my new recliner and thoroughly explained the controls and everything about it. A terrific company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I stopped in to Relax the Back in the hope that they would have an electronically controlled zero-gravity chair for my elderly mother, who recently hurt her tailbone in a fall. Not wanting to wait six weeks for a custom order I was happy that Dustin said I could have one of the floor models sooner. He then got on the horn and got his capable and kind delivery men, Billy and Ron, to deliver it the very same day. The experience started with Dustin in the store who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure I purchased the best bed for my needs. The bed was delivered and assembled by Billy and Ron. They provided Incredible service, they explained the mechanics of the bed, made sure it was set up to my satisfaction and even helped me put the bed skirt on properly. They were polite and paid attention to detail. Now I look forward to having restful and peaceful sleep.

Got a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner. Billy and Ron were the delivery guys. Billy was very knowledgeable about the operation and care of the chair. Both of them were very careful maneuvering inside the house so as to not bump anything or scratch the floor.

This store has tremendously knowledgable, friendly, and helpful staff! They remembered my name and what I was looking for the second time I went into the store - it's clear they are committed to customer service and helping their patrons find exactly what they are looking for! Can't say enough good things about the employees here!
