Outstanding products and customer service. I just wish the items weren't so expensive, although I appreciate the fact that it costs more to operate brick and mortar stores, which is a key reason to shop at Relax the Back: you can try things out.

We do try to have a wide range of price-points of the different products we carry, while not sacrificing too much of the performance of the product. Also, we always match ANY on-line price for the same product for as long as 30 days after purchase...so our customers never feel like they are paying more just because we have a brick-and-mortar store. I don't like paying more for the things I buy in a store...and I know our customers don't either!... read more
