The sales associate was asleep in a zero gravity chair when we walked into the store. She also proceeded to tell us about how she was someone who yelled at the produce employees at grocery stores because she only wanted to buy produce from the US. On top of this uncomfortable interaction she also gave us the wrong pillows when we came in to exchange the floor samples we tried for 90 days. I hope that this type of employee is not the common employee at Relax The Back.

We can't (and wouldn't) resell bedding products that are returned to us, hence our policy on that type of purchase.
