I called an ordered a chair at 10am. The chair arrived at my house the same day at 1pm, right on time. Billy and Ron installed the chair, went over the operation and asked if we had any questions. They were polite and professional. I just had a serious injury and really needed this chair for my rehab. Everyone was awesome!

Salesman Trey did a great job explaining the differences among the back chairs. We selected the Human Touch Perfect Chair PC-600. The delivery guys, Billy and Ron were polite, thoroughly explained the workings of the chair, and were even kind enough to move the old chair we were replacing up to the second floor of our home. Great overall buying and delivery experiences. Oh, and we love the chair!

What a great experience. From the time we walked into the store through the delivery and set up, we couldn't have had a better experience. In the store, Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My wife and I had many questions, all of which were answered. We made the purchase and delivery was scheduled for the next day.
