Service in the store was excellent. Ordered full car sear for vacation 7/5 and it came in 8/11 for my 8/13. Vacation. It was the wrong one. I reordered and upon my return I called and my seat still did not come in. As of today 8/10 I have paid in full and still have not recieved word that my seat has come in. Not very efficient at the factory!. I will be calling again today to check.
