Purchased Cozzia 710 zero gravity robotic massage chair- amazing. I tested the demo chairs at the stores in West Hartford and Avon, service and delivery were both great.

Our family was seeking a functional, comfortable & attractive Power Recliner Lift Chair for a family member who had just been released from the hospital w/ health conditions that were impacting her mobility. We needed to find a chair for our Mom as quickly as possible -- and when we called the West Hartford store, Betty picked up -- and immediately made us feel like everything could be ok. When we arrived at the store, Betty's assistance was invaluable -- and Doug rounded out the amazing team. Mom spent the first night we brought the chair home in the chair -- and was finally able to rest and catch up on the some sleep. The customer service in the West Hartford location is amazing - Betty Hogan makes my day every time I stop in. She never forgets a name or a face, always knows exactly what to say and has a broad knowledge of all of the amazing items Relax The Back offers. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking back and neck pain relief or to anyone that wants to take proactive measures to never have such pains!

I love my new Relax The Back pillow. I was having neck and back pains for months. I started retraining my body to sleep on my back in combination of using this new pillow. Mostly everything was perfect. The chair took a long time to make. Also it was delivered to a store in Sinsbury. Then transferred to West Hartford. The workers were helpful.
