Customer Service #1, Best Experience Ever. After research RTB was selected and Lift Chair purchased. Unfortunately, the chair failed due to mfg. error; however, Doug responded and delivered a replacement chair within a day. RTB personnel followed through with mfg. & saw that our chair was refurbished & returned. Will definitely return to Doug’s store for all future needs.
