Best customer service! Betty is the best as well as the others there. I was able to relax in every chair. Love my heated massage chair. The heat is gentle and comforting. I think I’ve used it almost every day since it was delivered. Chair is well made.

Excellent service by Betty. She was thoughtful and patient. It was clear from the start that she was more interested is us choosing the best chair for our needs than making a sale. Because of her approach and the quality of the chairs we chose, we are extremely satisfied. This review comes after many months and many hours of sitting in the 2 chairs that we bought.

Excellent, knowledgeable service by Jah. He helped me analyze my problem and gave me some hints on correcting it but his immediate and wise suggestion was to make an appointed with a physician.

Great customer service from in-Store experience to delivery and in home set up. Doug, the owner, recommended we ask the local fire department if they could use the loveseat that the 2 zero gravity recliners were replacing since the Salvation Army and Restore could not pickup during Covid 19. They graciously accepted the donation. Great doing business locally!

I’m so glad I purchased the recliner at Relax the Back! Doug and Betty were both very knowledgeable and very patient (I came to the store at least 3 times before I purchased the PC Live). Looking forward to having this for years and years. Thank you both!!
