I purchased a chair from Betty in West Hartford and found that it had a defect. Doug (the owner) and his worker came to look at it and found it was not repairable (due to a manufacturer defect). When I mentioned that I did not find the chair comfortable, Doug invited me to to his store to pick out another chair (his store is larger). I did. I purchased the Human Touch PC Live Perfect Chair and I absolutely love it. The customer experience was definitely 5 star. I purchased a McCarty's Sacro Ease for my car and they took their time fitting it to my car seat as well as my back and let me try both the tall and short backed versions of the seat. Results were fantastic - my car seat never felt better even on trips of over an hour.
