Johnathan, my service advisor was EXCELLENT. My only disappointment is with the policies of working Reliable. I knew my seat heater switch wasn't properly and needed replacing. I paid $159 for their tech to tell me than and because the part had to be ordered, would have to pay another $159 to have it put in after it arrived. I put that on hold for now and will live with a sticky switch.

Kyle was really good about listening to what I needed. As they were checking out my car they found the battery needed to be replaced and agreed to cover it under warranty even though I was just over my warranty mileage. Appreciate the great service
