I needed a battery quick and at 8:15 they got me in and also replaced brakes and performed an oil change that I had scheduled for the next week. Excellent service.

The battery in our Subaru had a problem running out of power several times in the past year of ownership. After the most recent episode where we learned electronics were draining the power so we took it to Reliable Imports & RVs in Springfield at the recommendation of the dealership we purchased from. They checked the battery that was new in March 2023 and found it had lost 50% of its power. Because this was a known manufactures issue, Subaru HQ was contacted and they agreed to replace the battery with a new more powerful on... read more

My admission technician, Danny, was great. However, sometimes the techs doing the work forget to set things back like they were such as auto lights and dashboard displays. This can be annoying and require phone calls to the dealership to reset.
