Jordon was friendly and knowledgable. She assisted me in getting the online discount that I was not able to attach to this service. Subaru is offering transportation/shuttle services again which is very good. I did not need it this visit but often do. Jordon made the experience easy and pleasant, which has not always been the case with Subaru Services.

Took a long time, but did a good job.
All service personnel were extremely courteous, helpful & PROMPT during the oil change, and then later resolving the battery issues that we experienced. Jonathan was expecially capable in keeping us informed as to the progress being made on our Subaru Outback. Regarding another matter, I needed a tube of dark blue/pearl paint for touch-up. I was surprised that the paint dept. could not easily find that color anywhere in the U. S. I had to go to O'Reilly's auto store and have them mix it. Franklin did a great job. Car was done much quicker than I expected and within the quoted price.
Everyone was so friendly and they kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car. I also appreciate how quick and efficient they were.
