Great service adviser (Jonathan)! The scheduled repair (recall) was performed as expected and I was updated while I waited. Really nice waiting area. No surprises, no pressure to purchase additional services. Exactly what I expect from Subaru and their dealer service departments.

The Reliable Subaru team always do a fantastic job at keeping our Subaru Outback in top condition! The service department is clean, professional, as are the technicians and service advisors. The waiting area is well very laid out, with plenty of seating and customer amenities, such as coffee and snacks, and water, handily available. The service advisor comes and let's me know if my oil change is going on time, or delay. I always appreciate the professionalism at Reliable Subaru.

I felt very comfortable waiting in their waiting room. Gentleman was very polite, even washed my car. Love that idea since I have so much trouble doing it myself due to arthritis

They are completely overpriced, but the service people are very engaged. The service is ok, but be ready to crack open your wallet wider than normal.
