Went about as expected. They were friendly and efficient.
The service took a little longer than expected, but it was done properly. I was not kept informed, despite texting the service person in charge. I did wait in their lounge , which was comfortable.
Everyone was very nice and they completed our service in a timely manner. Thank You! We appreciate it.
Good, as usual, except I noticed about half-way home that my glove compartment was laying on the floor (was this from the ZakTek application or from Reliable?). When I got home I had to figure out how to put it back, and wondered why it was out in the first place. Also, rear-view & side mirrors were all out of whack more than usual, and took a few minutes to readjust them.
Very efficient and knowledgeable.

They do not look at your tags to see if maybe you're due for an inspection or idod. They don't wash your car or vacuum it after service. I ran a service center for years we always checked tags upon arrival and cleaned customers cars upon completion
