It took a second appointment to complete my repairs because parts had to be ordered. I will give them 5 stars for the second appointment. My frustration with this one is the three hour wait it took to determine our seat adjusting motor was bad

They were more interested in up selling me more services than providing good care for my car. They tried to get me to authorize a service they had done at my previous service. Then argued with me that they never did it.

After a routine oil, filter, and tire rotation my car was smoking when I started it. When I returned to have it inspected and discuss the situation with the service department they brushed it off and informed me that it was a common thing to happen on all those models. I have driven the car for over 6 years and have never had that happen. A follow-up call a couple of days later seemed to indicate that a fuel additive could have triggered the situation.
