Fantastic customer service from start to finish: welcomed in by kind staff, they drove my car into the garage right away, they shuttled me to where I needed to go, they communicated about the progress of the service, they kindly checked me out when I returned. I could not ask for a better service experience. The staff seem to truly enjoy their work.

Had both Subaru vehicles serviced together using very expedient check in process, scheduling through Kyle Hagan because of his handling of previous servicing. Two other personnel stepped into process which caused some confusion since we wished to pay for vehicles together. Waiting room very comfortable and relaxing with good coffee and treats for the wait. Kyle's repeated trips to waiting area to report progress were detailed and appreciated. Other staff were noted as being courteous as well to other customers.

They were great Until I bought the car. I have still not received the title that I can transfer my tags and such. I have attempted to contact the sales person without success. I love the Car Fax but would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Had my 16000 mile service done. They forgot to reset the reminder for service, so I have had reminders pop up in the car for the past week and also some on email. I was able to reset it myself once I googled it.
