I went in to have the headlight recall problem fixed, as this had been in place for a year with the remedy not available. Finally had a remedy and parts. Got checked in, settling in to waiting room with coffee and snack. Then was told it couldnt be fixed because it officially still was considered to be remedy not available, which meant Subaru was still saying it couldnt be fixed. So they werent going to fix it. Reliable Subaru got my car in for service quickly and did a thorough job looking for the issue. My advisor Danny was fantastic. After the techs took a look at my car, Najee called me and told me I DID NOT need a service I thought I did. Reliable could have just completed the unnecessary service and I would not have been the wiser.

Unable to do oil change because they were out of oil filters
Techs were very nice and I have zero issue with them at all, some things got missed though. I came in for an oil change only but ended up getting a rotation which I could have done for free where I bought them, but no matter. My issues were: my washer fluid wasnt filled like I was told and the engine filter casing wasnt put back together and was left open. I replaced it myself but if I hadnt I wouldnt have noticed this. A little disappointing and things like this have happened before.

Reliabl Hyundai performed good repairs on our Tucson. However we were not allowed enough to rent a car. We were alloted $60, but any vehicle we checked was $80 and above. Hyundai had our vehicle over 7 weeks, during which time my wife had full knee replacement surgery. Thankfully I had a small pickup she was able to squeeze into without much discomfort.
