I waited 6 hours for a 3 hour job, but was given a break on the cost of the job and given a complimentary oil change so I guess that's ok. There should be a better way to schedule appointments so old people don't get blood clots while WAITING!
The team at Springfield Suburu has always been efficient, reliable and friendly. Danny has always been an outstanding person to trust my car with. I am on my fourth Suburu from Springfield Suburu! They must be doing something right for me to continue going there!!
