Scheduled service was completed in a timely manner. Jay was very polite and professional.
Replaced warranted parts and car sounds like new again!
Well, they didn't order the part my car needed which I found out about one week later. Now I find that the part is not available and they don't know when it will be in. I had to pay up front for the part even to have it on order. I think this is very strange!
Love My Hyundai Santa Fe. This is my second one and I still own my first one bought in 07. At Reliable. with over 245000 miles and looking forward to seeing how far this one goes. With proper service expecting many year with My new 23
We were traveling w/a 2017 Santa Fe & the check engine light came on. We called from 60 miles away & got scheduled in to check. When we arrived they immediately drove vehicle inside. The serviceman drove 4 of us to a place to get lunch. When we got back the SUV was ready to go after check & reset of engine light, all w/no charge. We continued to Branson in plenty of time to enjoy 3 nights of southern gospel music.

For customer service for Shanna (not sure of the spelling) Shanna was wonderful!! I had been waiting for a long time. Didn't know if I had been forgotten. Shanna, recognized that I had been there for some time and proceeded to check on my vehicle.
