Techs were very nice and I have zero issue with them at all, some things got missed though. I came in for an oil change only but ended up getting a rotation which I could have done for free where I bought them, but no matter. My issues were: my washer fluid wasnt filled like I was told and the engine filter casing wasnt put back together and was left open. I replaced it myself but if I hadnt I wouldnt have noticed this. A little disappointing and things like this have happened before.
Fast service. Customer service excellent.
Reliabl Hyundai performed good repairs on our Tucson. However we were not allowed enough to rent a car. We were alloted $60, but any vehicle we checked was $80 and above. Hyundai had our vehicle over 7 weeks, during which time my wife had full knee replacement surgery. Thankfully I had a small pickup she was able to squeeze into without much discomfort. I was told someone would contact me when they started working on the car and keep us up to date, which never happened. They dismissed or fired 3 different people in maintence... read more
