So much for an appointment, too busy not enough help to maintain appointment time. Service writer did great job keeping me posted and was very apologize for taking so long.
The service team and customer service are top notch.
Service staff are all professional. The manufacturer's Immobility Security update was nicely done. The only negative, the rear brake pads were measured as to need replacement very soon, which they offered to do that day or to schedule the repair. This recommendation didn't make sense given recent checks by my usual car service company, which recently replaced the front brake pads and rotors; however, the rear pads had no pending need. No complaints with our visit. The individual who took care of us was pleasant, answered our questions with patience. He had to find answers from someone else several times but that in no way bothered us. The high cost of everything is disconcerting these days and makes a trip to the dealership scary. You have a nice waiting room. Its a 120 mile trip to your dealership so it means something when the experience is positive.
The servicing of my Subaru was completed in a efficient, professional manner. The service manager was polite and answered all my questions.

Got in and out quick and with no problems. I like the text updates and service suggestions. About the smoothest time I have had at a dealership service department. In fact, I can't think of a better experience.

I had a great time waiting in the waiting room. Love the complimentary snacks and water, and the TV was on a good station this time. The couches were nice (until they started bothering my back, but that happens anywhere I sit).
