It was good. Service manager answered all of my questions. Oil change and tire rotation was completed in 1 hour. Will return!

I went in to have the headlight recall problem fixed, as this had been in place for a year with the remedy not available. Finally had a remedy and parts. Got checked in, settling in to waiting room with coffee and snack. Then was told it couldnt be fixed because it officially still was considered to be remedy not available, which meant Subaru was still saying it couldnt be fixed. So they werent going to fix it. Reliable Subaru got my car in for service quickly and did a thorough job looking for the issue. My advisor Danny was fantastic. After the techs took a look at my car, Najee called me and told me I DID NOT need a service I thought I did. Reliable could have just completed the unnecessary service and I would not have been the wiser.
