Danny was great! There was an issue with how my extended warranty was entered into the system, so it showed as belonging to the previous owner who had traded it in, which was an unexpected headache. Once that was sorted, I was issued a loaner car while my car was at the service center for a month while a part was delayed for shipping. I was pleased to have a reliable way to still conduct my daily business while my car was being serviced. Without a loaner vehicle, the experience would have been a VERY different rating.
