The service itself was fine as usual. However, the oil change took over 2 hours to complete. Luckily, it's a flat labor rate and not an hourly rate for the oil change. I will continue to use Reliable Imports for the oil changes on my Mini Cooper in the future.
Buying a car was something I dreaded. But Reliable Cars was a great experience! The staff was professional and friendly. They helped get into the car that I wanted at a price I could afford.

Tire warning light came on. Took in without an appointment. They got me in within a half hour and determined there were no slow leaks due to imbedded objects. The tires were just a bit under inflated. They added air and sent me on my way. No charge. One caveat, this dealership was where I bought the car and take it regularly for service. Still excellent customer service!

They completed the job of replacing recalled seat belts and did oil change. They cracked molding. Said they ordered replacement, but haven't gotten a call back on replacing cracked molding.
