Had to take my car in 5 days after purchase to get rotors turned. It was a hassle but they did give me a loaner to drive while car was being serviced.

Oil change great. Customer service was extremely lacking. Only after a rating on her do we get a single call when you return it nothing. The drop you. The got your money and don't seem to care after that

I guess the actual service part was ok but I was very disappointed in the customer interaction when picking up the vehicle. I asked if everything else looked ok and the reply was a very unenthusiastic, recommendations are all on the paper. No detail or explanation. The prices for the recommendations looked pretty high so I checked around and went elsewhere. It was probably a misprint or they entered a wrong part number but they priced replacing the hood struts at more than 700.00. I can buy and do it myself for around 65.00.
Told me I needed an alignment. My normal car guy said it didn't, they were just trying to sell extra procedures.
