We are very pleased with the service we received in August. We live in Osage Beach and we enjoy our trips to Springfield. Danny Vaughn has always been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The 1st visit to get one flat tire fixed went fine until I was told all 4 had to be replaced due to specs. Due to a lack of communication from the staff, I was not told I had to prepay for the remaining 3 tires before they would order them and place a hold on them. But the initial employee scheduled me for a second appointment and left me with the feeling that the other 3 would be installed then.
