The service department is always doing a great job. The one thing we miss is the shuttle to take us somewhere. We have to drive two separate cars if the time our vehicle is longer than 3 hours waiting time and we live about 65 miles from you.

Note: I could not complete an online maintenance service request, so I called directly to schedule. The service advisor was able to schedule my car promptly the next day. They were prompt and courteous. Apparently, the cost of the differential fluid service was not covered by Mechanical Protection Plan Club Plus that I purchased with my car; this was an unexpected expense unfortunately. One would think that the replacement of the differential fluid (routine) should be covered.

I scheduled an appointment for four wheel alignment and the recall and they said my car was done and they did nothing on recall they didn't have parts they were supposed to have parts the alignment was not done correctly and service manager was unavailable every time I called not happy about any of it

Service tech said that I need brake fluid changed because it appeared dark. I just had fluid changed 90 days ago, that not true. Feels like the techs are working on commission. Also said that I needed transmission fluid change also not true. Very very disappointed in their questionable customer tactics. Been a Hyundai owner and reliable customer for 20 years, this lack of credibility is extremely concerning. Didnt want to reply but felt it was critical that I did so.
